I really liked living at The Falls. The apartment was roomy with plenty of closet space and the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The property is well-maintained and I had great neighbors. The Property Manager that was there when I first began my tenancy was very nice and attentive and his assistant (who is still there) was always accomodating and friendly. Once staff shortages occurred, some administrative mix ups became problematic for me, however the staff worked to get things resolved. I had to relocate due to work, or else I would have continued to reside at The Falls. Overall, The Falls is a nice place to call home. Stephanie B.

My daughter lives here and I love knowing that she lives in a community that is welcoming, pet friendly, clean and spacious. When I visit her itâs super nice to be able to keep my car along with hers in the two car garage. Every person Iâve encountered while walking with her and her pup has been super friendly, which eases my mind that she is surrounded by good people. If I didnât own a house I would absolutely rent here, given that it is so family friendly!
